ダンテ・マッフィア
日本国際詩人協会の招請に応じ2016年に来日、以来文学交流が続き、日本文学に造詣の深い著者の評論、俳句、詩を翻訳するうちに、俳句の作品の翻訳が進み、この機会に万句集として日伊バイリンガルで出版する運びになった。全２０巻が刊行される。本協会ではネオ・エポック俳句の普及を目指し、海外詩人の俳句も数多く紹介している。
Dante Maffia Da quando è arrivato in Giappone nel 2016 su invito della Japan Universal Poets Association, da allora gli scambi letterari sono continuati e, mentre si traducevano le critiche, gli haiku e le poesie dell'autore che ha familiarità con la letteratura giapponese, la traduzione di opere di haiku è progredita, e in questa occasione questa serie sarà pubblicata bilingue tra Giappone e Italia come una raccolta di haiku. Verranno pubblicati un totale di 20 volumi. L'associazione ha introdotto molti haiku di poeti stranieri con l'obiettivo di divulgare l'haiku neo-epocale.

Since coming to Japan in 2016 at the invitation of the Japan Universal Poets Association, literary exchanges have continued since then, and while translating the criticisms, haiku, and poetry of the author who are familiar with Japanese literature, the translation of haiku works progressed, and at this opportunity this series will be published bilingually between Japan and Italy as a collection of haiku. A total of 20 volumes will be published. The association has introduced many haiku by foreign poets with the aim of popularizing neo-epoch haiku.
イタリアのカラブリア州に１９４６年に生まれ、現在はローマに居住。彼の作品は多くの言語に翻訳されている。１９７４年アルド・パラツェッシの前文を戴き raccolta di versi, Il leone non mangia l'erbaを上梓した。彼の作品を認め評価する高名な詩人にはマリオ・ルッツィ、ジョルジュ・カプローニ、ジアチント・スパノレッティ、ナターリャ・ギンズバーグ、ダリオ・ベレッサ（親友）がある。長い間、サレルノ大学に近いルイジ・レイナでイタリア文学の研究と教授に従事していた。 Il PolicordoとPolimniaのような文学の最高の批評誌に見出された。文芸批評はとりもなおさず毎日Paese Sera紙で協力的であった。
最も重要な作品として小説Tommaso Campanella（１９９６）がある。
直近の小説ではIl poeta e lo spazzinoがあり、ムルシアのワルター・ヴェルトローニが前文を寄せている。 彼の詩作品では、e Lo specchio della mente e Il canto della rana e dell'usignoloという詩集が出版された。いずれにせよ最も重要な詩人である。受賞歴として：アルフォンソ・ガット、レジウム・ユーリ、ヨーロッパの橋賞（１９９７）、ヴィアレッジオ最終選考通過（１９７４）、コラド・アルバーロが小説Milano non esisteの謝辞のなかでその賞について選出している。２００４年カルロ・アツェリオ・チャンピがイタリア共和国大統領文化金メダルを授与している。
